Established in 1993 and under the same ownership for thirty- plus years, T-Roy's Landing is a fixture of the Lake Greenwood community. Located in Cross Hill, South Carolina, this peaceful, quaint setting offers renters a temporary home away from home atmosphere while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Lake Greenwood.
For us, it is not about filling every lot, it is about finding the right renters that align with our expectations. Rules are in place and strictly enforced. We thrive as a peaceful quiet campground that is kept neat and tidy. Drama or disruptive behavior is not tolerated. We strive to acquire renters that are going to stay with us year over year as we try to foster a private lake community of like minded individuals.

- Private Property Boat Ramp $10 per day (Campsite Renter Friends and Family. Free to Lot Renters) Rules Posted Below
- Long Term Monthly Rental Sites (RV/Travel Trailer Only - No Tent Camping) Located on Private Property
- 30/50 Amp Power, Water and Sewer Hook-ups Available on all Lots
- Boat/Trailer Parking
- Boat Slip Rentals Available for Lot Renters
- 600ft of Waterfront Located on Approximately 6 Acres
- LED Lighting Throughout Campground
- Chip Seal \ Gravel Parking Lot and Interior Roads
- Electronic Billing \ Payments
- Numerous HD Video \ Live Streaming Security Cameras Throughout Campground
- Note: No Wi-Fi or Cable Offered. Renters May Acquire These Services At Their Own Leisure

- No Short-term Rentals (Seasonal or Weekend)
- No Partying and/or Disruptive Behavior Tolerated
- No Sub-Leasing
- Pets Must be Leashed At All Times
- Rental Agreement Signed Upon Selection, Agreement Outlines All Rules and Expectations
